Avalon Quincy

This complex is extremely nice. The amenities are clean and excellent to have. I’m also writing to specifically review the maintenance services. They are very fast and efficient and the workers are very helpful and kind. In particular we’ve worked with Sean who is a quick worker and always offers to fix anything that could be needed. Highly recommend this property for young couples or friends who want a nice secluded complex that’s still close to Quincy center and access to Boston.

I would give more stars if the bandwidth was there. From application that scaled through with supersonic speed to the inviting beauty of the apartment and ambience of the building and its surroundings. Capped with the perfection to detail and welcome professionalism of Chuck/Charles and Kori to ensure we had a very smooth intake. My wife and I are very grateful to them. They are simply the best in what they do. Great asset you have in them. They showed stainless professionalism despite work pressures. Kori had the welcome power in her smiles and Chuck had the perfect words to make your day. What a combo! We love it here and look forward to more lovely surprises 😀 you guys got in the box! Thank you guys, please keep up the great job. And hey, many thanks for the welcome chocolates!!

It's already been 3 years since I lived in Avalon Quincy. Our family's plan was to live in this apartment for just one year and then move to an apartment or house closer to the train. I've been using a commuter bus while I didn't have a car. So there was not much issue. My family, including my dog, did not feel any inconvenience while living in this apartment, and the facilities in the apartment and especially the wonderful staffs helped us correct any problems right away, so I think we will live in this apartment for a while. Best apartment, staffs, and facilities in Quincy, MA! If anyone is looking for an apartment, I recommend to live in Avalon Quincy!

Truly a wonderful Team working at Avalon Quincy. Kori (the PM) , Joe, Robert and all of the maintenance staff have made living here a breeze. The entire team has this place running like a well oiled machine- and from experience in the industry I can say that a team like this is hard to come by. Do not hesitate to move here if you are looking.

My girlfriend and I have lived here for over six months now and couldn't be happier. Staff here are incredibly responsive to inquiries and (pretty infrequent) repairs. I don't think we've ever waited more than half a day to get a response on a question, and any more than 24 hours for someone to come over and help us with a small fix. Kori and the entire team are so dialed in with the needs of the community and clearly take the time to get to know everyone here. Their bedside manner is perhaps the best I've seen across the rental industry. The building itself is replete with fantastic offerings, from a sizable gym, a conference room and rooftop that you have the ability to rent out, and a pool. We regularly watch sunsets over the Boston City skyline and Harbor Islands—all visible from the rooftop deck. There is a ton of room for parking for you and any occasional guests. The community is perfect for where we're at in life. Some young families, many young professionals (age groups between ~23-38 with some really nice seniors here and there). Community walks into Quincy and ad hoc events make it easy to connect with people if you're looking to make some friends here. Avalon is also super pet friendly. We got our second cat while here and adding them to the lease was seamless. All-in-all a dream experience living here. We're excited to re-sign! :)
